Shadoe Fox is a Certified Personal Trainer based in Santa Barbara, California. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Shadoe has helped hundreds of clients transform their lives, losing 50+ pounds, building muscle, and overcoming chronic joint pain. Since 2011, he has completed more than 35,000 one-on-one training sessions, bringing expertise, precision, and passion to every client interaction.
Shadoe holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Sports Nutrition Coach. He also specializes in barbell strength training (squat, bench, and deadlift), body conditioning for muscle growth and fat loss, and corrective exercise. His credentials include recognition as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, allowing him to design comprehensive programs tailored to both athletic performance and general fitness goals.
